DC Eater, August 2024 | Tasting menus normally start at $195 a person at Michelin-starred Xiquet, but a newer “executive” five-course meal for $95 a person is now available from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily (Tuesday-Friday, and Saturday at 5 p.m.). In one hour, embark on a culinary journey of modern Spanish cooking that includes many of the same highlights as the full prix fixe spread. Plates rotate monthly and there’s an option to add a wine pairing, with a premium pairing of rarer vintages also offered at $170 per person.
