On, August 24th, 2022, Chef Danny Lledó of Xiquet was delighted to host renowned Chef Masaaki Uchino of Sushi Nakazawa DC for a collaborative dinner that will showcased two cornerstones of the chef’s respective culinary traditions: seafood and rice. The evening’s tasting menu, paired with carefully chosen wine and sake, highlighted each chef's modern perspective on their traditional food culture.
